It also immediately activates your account and enables all network earning features.

To maintain financial security and active tree growth, a member MUST refer exactly 3 direct Level-1 downlines before unlocking their wallet balance, dashboard features, or receiving withdrawals. While earnings from uplines can accumulate in your wallet prior to this, the funds remain locked until you fulfill the 3-referral requirement.

Unlike binary systems (which have 2 legs), Jano Sahayog utilizes a Ternary plan with 3 legs (A, B, C). When you refer new members, they are placed under you. As your team grows, you earn commission on every active registration up to 10 generations deep: ₹200 on Level 1, ₹50 on Level 2, and ₹25 from Level 3 to Level 10. The system features an automatic "Spill-up" mechanism where commissions from unqualified members roll up to the next qualified upline.

Ranks are based purely on active ID counts within your downline network, counted using a 40:30:30 volume counting ratio (40% from the strongest leg, 30% from the second leg, and 30% from the third leg). Ranks start at Starter (100 IDs) unlocking a Havells Electric Kettle, up to Black Diamond (125,000 IDs) unlocking a Maruti Suzuki Alto K10. Reward pools are ring-fenced to prevent big rewards from draining smaller ones.

₹50 from every package collected company-wide flows into the monthly Royalty Pool. On the 1st of every month, this pool is distributed to qualified rank holders (Star and above) by fixed tier percentages. If a tier has no qualifiers in a given month, its percentage rolls up to the next active tier above it. Once you qualify for a rank, your royalty income is permanent with no monthly maintenance required.

Withdrawal requests can be raised at any time through your dashboard with a minimum threshold of ₹500. A 5% admin processing fee is deducted at source. All payments are processed manually within 48 working hours from our admin console to ensure complete financial safety and auditing.
